A Word to the Wise:
Great Lakes Marine (GLM) only provides service at our facility, by appointment, through the main contact number or email. There are certain individuals who might misrepresent themselves as authorized agents of GLM, and offer to conduct service outside of our normal business hours and/or not at our location. GLM will always provide a receipt from GLM for any business conducted with us. GLM will only take payment addressed to Great Lakes Marine never to an individual.

GLM is a licensed, bonded, and insured boat dealership unlike many mobile services or independent shops. GLM has been in business since 1976 and has always stood behind the work performed at our facility by our employees. GLM does not warrant repairs conducted outside the aforementioned parameters.

We can perform any service necessary to the aforementioned products ranging from normal maintenance to advanced procedures. Our factory trained and certified personnel have vast amounts of hands-on experience as well and more often than not have already seen and repaired a boat with a problem just like yours. We stock all the necessary OEM lubes, oils and care products necessary to complete your maintenance in a timely manner. We also have arguably the states broadest parts stock including many common parts for all of the brands that we service. It is always our goal to get your boat back to you as soon as possible to get you back out and enjoying the water, which is after all why you own your boat.
Great Lakes Marine WILL STORE YOUR BOAT OUTSIDE, it is simply not possible for us to keep all boats inside at all times, your boat will only be inside when it is being actively worked on. Great Lakes Marine is not responsible for any damage that might occur incidental to your boat being on our premises. This damage includes, however is not limited to, such things as: Sun damage to either interior or exterior of the boat, trailer or tires; damage from inclement weather such as hail, snow or heavy rain. Great Lakes Marine is also not responsible for loss or theft of any items while on our premises. Please take responsibility for your vessel, trailer and equipment as it is incumbent upon you the owner of these items to ensure their safety and condition.
